Entrees

• Mixed dozen oysters; Natural, lemon & dill aioili, pork belly kilpatrick & soy mirin
• Black Angus beef fillet carpaccio with shaved reggiano, salted baby capers & pickled red onion
• A stack of slow roast tomatoes, basil, ratatouille, olive oil pastry & hind marsh cumulus goats curd

Mains

• Crispy skin barramundi with puy lentils, summer vegetables & a light prawn bisque
• Tunisian spiced riverena lamb rack with chickpea ragout & preserved lemon mint yoghurt
• Mixed shellfish platter with oysters, crab, bug, prawns, smoked salmon & yabbie

Desserts
All served with tea or coffee

• Vanilla bean bruelle tart with strawberries Victoria
  
• Callebaut belguim chocolate & pistachio terrine with orange biscotti
